I have found over the years that by constantly reaching out to &quot;the other side&quot; and keeping the lines of communication open, I have an easier time when I really need to reach them on an important issues.  Our mutual congeniality built up through constant contact (even if it&#039;s over a quick cup of coffee in the cafeteria) makes approaching the difficult discussions much easier.</description>
